We ’ll have twinkling decorations, delicious Christmas food and plenty of seasonal tunes to get everyone in the spirit. This is a safe, welcoming space to relax, share laughter, and enjoy the joy of Christmas together.

What do we do?

Tower Hamlets Recovery College is an NHS service that runs FREE educational workshops and courses. These courses are designed and delivered by people who have lived experience of mental health challenges, together with people who work in mental health services. We call this co-production.
