Creative writing is a gentle, evidence‑based way to support mental wellbeing.
Many people find writing can help them slow down, make sense of their thoughts, and express feelings such as grief that are hard to say out loud. In this course, you’ll take part in a guided creative writing session designed with mental‑health recovery in mind.
No previous writing experience is required, just a willingness to explore creativity in a safe, supportive space.
